We are an international organization dedicated to training and experiential learning, using participatory processes and collaboration to ignite individual empowerment and community cohesion. From the favelas of Rio de Janeiro to indigenous communities in Paraguay, immigrant neighborhoods in Lisbon, and rural communities in Senegal, we work with both territorial and relational communities. By co-creating local and global solutions with diverse, active participants in their unique contexts, we foster strong connections and sustainable change for Civil Society Organizations, NGO’s, Government, Foundations, Educational organizations and impact companies.

A cooperative game to engage a village on community communication campaigns, an Online Facilitation and Experience Design Training and even the design and mediation for an international Dialogue. We have been working with the most amazing and diverse communities around the globe.

This was a pioneering experience in the accessibility and reach of the Convention for civil society in Brazil. Never before have artificial intelligence and such simple tools been used to carry out a project that has generated so much engagement and connection between participants. I can see this project being replicated in future reviews of international treaties at the UN.
